Simple yet challenging and really fun to play, the mechanics and the art style are just great, and even if we can complete it fast we always end feeling in the mood to play it again soon or later.
I had an absolute blast playing for 30 minutes! The system where the sword gets longer each time kept the repetitive levels fresh and exciting. The last level was especially long and tough compared to the others, but I just had to see it through because I didn’t want to leave the previous levels behind. I think the game design was really clever.
THIS IS GENIUS!!! The mechanics blow my mind, all the different purposes, and the repetition of each level with a longer sword and slightly different mechanics is just too good!!! 11 stars if I could give it!
6:32 best time also i see a lot of people using left and right click for there sword if Id reccomend changing them to arrow keys it works way better and smoother for vital things like pivoting
I love the concept for this game! I'm a scrub and can't get past level 3, I'm finding the controls a little too slippery - could be skill issue though :')
got to level 5... I would love to see this expanded with more puzzles! maybe involving changing the size of the sword within the level itself? good game!
Nah not really "better" visuals, I like the pixel art over random 3d models. And "hard" isn't what I was looking for, this one is more like a nice little difficult game that you can definitely overcome if you persist. I don't know about the ethics of using someone else's game as a platform to advertise your own and then also undermining their artistic prowess through "mine has better visuals" but you do you (somewhere else). Hope your game goes well though :)
I would suggest adding a cut scene at the start of the game to show why you want to kill this dragon (maybe it had a battle with the civilization that you are from which is how it got that scar) because all I know is that I want to kill this dragon but i don't know why so im just gonnna do it.
please, please, please add a jump button. i am seriously struggling with the platforming and i can't for the life of me get passed the second platforming section.
